Erus
Erus is the lord of the underworld and the keeper of souls. He is worshipped by morticians, grave keepers, and those who deal with death.
He is responsible for overseeing the passage of souls to the afterlife. He is seen as a necessary force of the cycle of life. He is both feared and respected by mortals and immortals alike.
He is usually shown as a skeleton with some sort of staff or scythe, sometimes hooded in dark robes. Occasionally he appears as a misty figure shrouded in grey mist that seems to be constantly swirling around him. Other times, he takes the form of a dark ominous cloud that looms over an establishment, sometimes even a whole village or town, casting a pall of gloom and dread over the area. There have even been times where he visits the land of mortals disguised as a human. Often, he has a darkness about him and has a cold, unfeeling appearance.
Erus is seen as a distant and enigmatic figure among the other gods and has fairly limited interaction with them. He only had one child, which was Phalaris, and she is the only one he has regular visits with.
