Eye of Vecna

The Eye of Vecna is a rotted green eye, torn from its socket by Kas the Betrayer millennia ago.

Attunement

Attunement to this item requires the user to remove their left eye and insert the eye, where it grafts itself to the user's eye socket. Once attuned, the eye becomes a golden color with a black slit pupil.

Properties

Once attuned, the eye holds the following properties:

• The user gains a +1 Armor Class bonus.
• The user cannot be blinded, deafened, stunned, or petrified.
• Attuning to the eye causes the user to lose one point of charisma.
