Kingdom of Dwinleigh

The technological hub of Dwinleigh was originally settled by a colony of dwarves, but has recently opened its borders to the tall ones. In Dwinleigh, respect is won and lost with coin. Only those with money or goods can survive and climb the social ladder.
Dwinleigh is divided into 3 regions: North, Central, and South. Inside these regions are cities, each ruled over by a council of 3 members. Every region has a capital city, which governs over all other settlements in the region. Though members are democratically elected, they are usually from old, high-ranking dwarf families.
Greater Dwinleigh is ruled by a higher council that meets only when necessary. This council is made up of the representatives from each region capital, and the King and Queen of Dwinleigh.
