Nespian Wildlands
Far to the north of Delvia lies the icy tundra of Nespia. Most of this harsh land is unsettled, and the country has no federal government or military. Villages are few and far between, and each one governs itself. The only reason the borders of Nespia stand today are because the land itself gives no tactical advantage. Even the ever-greedy nation of Destov just to the south gains nothing from spending the immense amount of resources required to advance north.
That said, the village of Chambon on the north-western coast of the country holds the title of capital of Nespia, due to its coastal location, fortified walls of ice, and it being the only village with a population over one hundred.
Life is hard up north, and the people of Nespia have to work together to survive. They have a strong sense of community that can last them through any hardship. Take care not to offend anyone in Nespia, as you may bring the wrath of an entire village on yourself. The people themselves consist mostly of the descendants of an ancient tribe of Winter Elves that initially settled the land.
