Fort Fichter

Base of Operations of Neuhafen's The Royal City Guard and Watch as well as the city's Prison.
The Building features two segments:

• The Guard Segment: A small barracks and administration building taking the north-Western third of the Fort, as well as a sub-terraranan prison.
• The Watch Segment: A sizable barrack, administration, raining field and part of the Naval Chain mechanism comprise the rest of the fort.
