The Elvish Convoy

This group of once traveling, cart dwelling Wood-Elves took refuge in a forest clearing during the The Years of Rain. They where drawn to it due to strong bond with nature which marked the site, a remnant of the ancient tree that once was the home of The Watchers in the Trees. Now their carts have been overgrown and become immovable, like their occupants who wouldn't leave this hallowed site for the world, and have claimed it as their domain.
These elves, despite being outsiders from the greater The Kingdom of Man, are treated as esteemed members of the community, serving as guides, sages and veterinarians. But with a war brewing, old stories have started to resurface and have begun to erode the faith. These have especially resonated with people from the villages and Towns, and those more easily impressed by their own kin.
