The Returning

A collection ogf those who perished among the waves, either during The Great Flood , or after it who have returned to the shores of Godelan's Haven alive. Those who've been reunited with loved one have praised the gods, and some of these bring with them the words of the gods, which has earned them the name god-send. Yet most of these returnees aren't send by the gods it seems as there have been sighting of things which are only faintly human and things which serve far more nefarious deities.

Names:

Due to the various occurrences, these returnees have been called:

• The God-send: Those who return more or less as they were, with the love of only the Good gods or power in their hearts.
• The Water-Logged: Beings hardly recognizable as human, with a semblance, both mental and physical, of who they once were.
• The Cursed: Similar to the God-send, but with a dark god or power machining their return.

Causes

Due to the various manifestations of this occurrence, some have called it a boon send by the gods, in an attempt to bring more devotees to their faiths. Yet others have called it a curse which has crawled out of The Rotten Abyss.
