Micah had the remote in his hand and he looked unimpressed.

"They don't tell you about the vacuum that happens every time that shit show leaves a place. It is like they suck up everything in their path. Sure. When they get there, it is amazing. Everyone is happy and having a good time... but when they leave..." He trailed off as if he had said enough, but I could see the little furrow there between his brows. He got that when he was nervous. "Anyway," Micah continued, "Time to get some training in." Of course it was.

It is said to be impossible not to be happy when you spot the sleek, yet massive bus approach. The rumors are that it is entirely free to take part in the festivities. The rumors are wrong. While it costs absolutely nothing by way of money or riches, the Bacchus Bus exacts so much larger of a price. Participation in the events is something that can easily take over someone's life. There are mortal humans that research and keep tabs on the bus so that they are able to follow it from destination to destination and enjoy the festivities. It is highly addictive. The bus, on its own, effects the people around it by increasing their serotonin levels. The longer individuals partake in the festivities, the more fatigued they become and eventually they have been known to crash.

The mere mention that the bus will soon be arriving in a town or city will quickly garner attention. People begin congregating and attempting to triangulate where it will be that Bacbus sets up. Once the bus has established the location of their ongoing party, they stay for a full six days. On the seventh day in the early morning, the bus is moving again. During the week that it is there, the schedule will rotate in response to the needs of the patrons, but there is never any doubt that when it leaves, the town it leaves behind is typically in shambles from the effects of the party.
