Blind Jim
The current and only employee of the Bar at the End of the Sea. Blind Jim was crudely stripped of his original name due to "crimes against life itself" and, in addition, lost his eye to the Proprietor. The remaining eyes attached to his various stalks have milky white pupils, indicated their lack of functionality. He serves as the intermediary and "translator" for the Proprietor when the need arises.
