The displaced Iron Souls of Mikitmargr have taken up residence within the Deep Dark. Prolonged stay there means a "land tax." They demand 500gp worth of gemstones, minerals, food, or weapons at every New Moon (roughly 28 day cycle).

The contract is blood sealed by On'bir and the Dark Elf Alliance representative, Malvay.
