Fellsteppes

A prison dimension which holds the various fiends stranded by the falling of the old world. The Master houses them here in order to prevent them spreading their evil across the other demi-planes. A bustling Dark Market where anything is for sale. Fiends and mortals alike peddle their trinkets of sin, services, and souls for a hefty price. Outside of the "safe zone" lies a seemingly endless field of massive stone towers said to house all of the Master's most heinous prisoners.
