A plane of dragons and their kin. Two rival factions reside here, ever conflicting over the limited space and resources of this demi-plane: the brutal draconian warband, against Sho-Tan, the walled dragonborn city. Dragons aid both sides. Each side believes they have a divine right given to them by “their God.”
