Dicey Hole

The Dicey Hole is an underground casino hosted by a group of Ex-Obsyndrad members who used to hunt down debts on behalf of the five families of Ossenbrook Bellow. The Dicey hole has exclusive entry and is often the reason for people going missing in the city when they cannot pay their debts, they have an agreement with the Riverborn family so sometimes they help out when needed.
