Open Lord of Bastinhelm

The Open Lord of Bastinhelm, referred to as the Open Lord, is the position held by the primary monarch of Bastinhelm and the voice of the Masked Lords. The Open Lord position was established by Aghairon. The Open Lord acts as a sort of King although they are more of a public figure than anything. To become Open Lord one must have at one point served as a Masked Lord. The Open Lord acts as a representative of the Masked Lords, and when the Court of the Masked Lords must vote for a decision, the Open Lord counts as two votes.
