Sobbing Skull

A massive stone skull sits to the far east corner of the top of the cavern of Ossenbrook Bellow. The largest river flowing from the sea into the cavern drops through the skull and comes out of its eyes making it look like the skull is crying, the water is gathered in a massive pool and flows through a series of aqueducts to reach all over the city. The skull itself while being made of stone is theorized by the locals to have belonged to a Titan.
