Maria Nilssen

Maria Nilssen is the Secretary of Foreign Affairs for the Kingdom of Sudland. She and her diplomats represent the affairs of Sudland and the Royal Family of the Kingdom of Sudland to other countries of Derkomai. They negotiate treaties, alliances, and trade agreements, as well as keeping track of important events in other nations. The Department of Foreign Affairs also employs the Southmarch Rangers and the spies and assassins of Directorate Seven to further the interests of Sudland. The Department (as it is often called) has agents embedded within the Bridge Keepers and Ferrymen's Guild. The agents of The Department are constantly vigilant against infiltration and nefarious plots by agents of Yfel and other countries. She works closely with Torgrim Ravndal, the head of Directorate Seven.
