Okkudo Lok

Okkudo Lok is formed where the Desert River flows into and fills a shallow basin. The water of Okkudo Lok is brackish, unsuitable for drinking, but the lake supports a wide variety of fish, shrimp, and other aquatic creatures, and enormous flocks of birds nest on it shores and feed there. The capital of Da Therasti Okku, Okkudo is on the northern shore of the lake where the Desert River and the smaller Okkudo River enter the lake.
