Dillard Portyr was the leading Grand Duke of Baldur's Gate in 1479 DR, eventually replaced by Ulder Ravengard 

Personality

Dillard disliked conflict, mostly for not being able to manage the stress. As a leader he was a weathercock, turning wherever the wind blew him.

History

Dillard was the most senior of the Grand Dukes and for this reason their unofficial leader. In 1482 DR, Dillard also survived the crisis that culminated in the resurrection of Bhaal.
