Lucius Freemont

Lucius Freemont, the Fox of Kerowind, is the leader of the Wrath of Semeron. He was just a boy when the City of Cambria saw its rise. When he was 9 years old, Cambria started their War of Purity by destroying the Holy City of Semeron. During the bombardment, his whole family was killed. In the rubble of the destroyed city, Cambrian forces rounded up any suirvivors they could find and had them dig graves for their deceased, before shooting them all. Lucius was crafty and managed to load up on a ship that brough thim to Cambria, where he lived for several years on the streets of the Undercity as a street urchin, before being captured by the city guard and being put through one of the city's orphanages. As is standard for orphans in the City, he was conscripted to join the Cambrian military, and was trained in their tactics and ideals, but he never lost his hatred of them, only biding his time. When he was 21 he abandoned the city and joined up with a group of renegade survivors of Semeron, in the city of Kerowind. It was here that he established the Wrath of Semeron and began their operations to destroy the city from the inside.

The Leader of the Wrath of Semeron within the City of Cambria. Lucius is about 6'1" and athletically built. He has red hair that he keeps swept back. He is the man who first recruited Raidon and Ray to the Wrath before their departurer to Cambria.
