Faerie Falls

Faerie falls is a place of portals, where the mortal world intersects with all others. It is there the study of space and time is centralized, and is the birthplace of teleportation. The end and other dimensions were found here, greatly advancing society. The water of the actual falls is used in healing potions, anc can be turned into one with relatively little effort. The falls is also the main training ground of the guardsmen, and is where many of their secrets are kept. The ultra weapons were also originally forged in this area, and quenched in the water of the magical falls.
