She is still in pursuit of the remnants of the cabal.

Her concern lies with those who use their affliction as an excuse to commit heinous acts, exploiting the negative stereotypes associated with their kind. Nephrite firmly believes that individuals with these conditions could use their unique abilities for good purposes, and she strives to show them a better path.
However, she makes an exception for zoanthropes who contracted their condition rather than being born with it, as they often struggle to control their bestial impulses. In such cases, Nephrite seeks to capture these individuals and either cure them of their affliction or, if that's not possible, put them out of their misery in a humane way to prevent them from causing further harm.
