Effect
You gain Chaos Boons. With every boon you gain another Chaos effect takes hold of you.

Side/Secondary Effects
You roll a WIS saving throw (DC 16) and get 1 Chaos boons (Max 5 boons). Additionally you take 1d4 psychic damage. Any time you wish to gain an extra boon the value of the die increases and every other boon one die gets added. On a save you take half of the damage.

Effect Duration
f you wish you can get rid of all boons with a Greater Restoration or remove one boon by rolling a CON saving throw (DC 16) after a long rest.
