Demigods

When a god and a mortal conceive a child, a demigod is created. 
Demigods fluctuate in power rather significantly, with some being rather close to a god and others far less so. The parents don't play into this idea either. An extremely powerful god may have an almost human child, as well as the opposite.
The demigod's' domain' is also more rigid than a full god. While the child of two gods might mimic it's parent's Domain, or it might come up with something completely new, a Demigod always takes one domain of it's parents. If it can access the domain, they'll have a weaker connection to it. While a god might be able to summon firestorms to consume cities, a demigod might be able to light something between a campfire and candle.
