Joanes de Nabarres

Vice-Admiral Joanes de Nabarres (a.k.a. Abuelo de las Mareas)

An ocean based god, Nabarres was and is, the commander of the fleets of Montiero. 
Under his leadership, the Montieran armada grew several times, and faced wild success in it's attempts to bring the western islands under Montieran control Currently, he has taken a slight back seat to the action, due to having gone through Apotheosis two centuries before.
After he started the process of Apotheosis, he started training a series of successors, each one being entrusted with a portion of the grand armada. It took him nearly a century to complete the process, but once he was done, he resigned himself from the public eye, for the most part. 
Currently he resides within the le torre de la mareadura , on a coral throne.
