Ierna Commune

Irish, pacifist, semi-socialist, halfling commune. Halflings are generally quite peaceful and sharing and the Ierna Commune is the result of that. Mostly has halflings, but there is quite a bit of other species too. Many forest gnomes that dislike the cutthroat individualism of the Isoldi Republic and members of others species that want more freedom.

Structure

Quite anarchic, with semi-direct democracy. Led by the First Speaker, who is voted in to power every 5 years, but have little actual power.
