Nimsy grew up in Lonelywood and one thing she learned fast, is you gotta talk faster than the fastest talking person and you never have to worry about them getting one up on ya. This became very important in a town where you never knew who anyone really was and Nimsy rather speak fast, get her point across and call it a day than to linger on someone's past or agenda.
Her two children loathe her fast talking ways to the point that Dottie only speaks when she needs to and Scoop is not used to silence that he will occasionally blurt out something he shouldn't just to fill the gap.
Nimsy hired the Frozen Wan's to kill the White Moose and bring back its head, when they returned with the head, she paid them and slammed the Moose Head on the Tavern's bar counter for all to see as proof to the town that she managed to get the help needed to eliminate the threat to the town.
Speaker Huddle is a bright, rapid speaking halfling Speaker of Lonelywood, she doesn't ever seem to need to breath or stop moving.
