Stoneskin Brooch

This brooch of dwarven design has 3 empty holes, if a diamond valued at least 100gp is put into the holes they are permanently attached to the brooch. If the wearer was to touch the brooch and say "Facera Pellis Petra" it will consume one of the diamonds and grant the user Stoneskin as the spell.
This turns their flesh as hard as stone, which can only be used on themselves. Until the spell ends, the target has resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. This does require concentration. It lasts up to 1 hour.
It takes 1 bonus action to trigger the spell if there is a diamond in the brooch, otherwise, it takes an action to put a diamond in and then cast the spell effect.
This is not a spell as far as the rule "You can’t cast another spell during the same turn, except for a cantrip with a casting time of 1 action" is concerned with.
History
Bastion Bladesinger had long had one of these which he never realized was magical. He just wore it as a reminder of his mother, even though he long forgotten about it.
Until he came across the Black Obelisk and was confronted by the Two Obelisk Strangers. They told him that it was actually a powerful item.
