Sir, Lord, and Night Sentinel Taebirn Elendsa

In life Sir Taebirn was a good man and a skilled warrior. A devout worshiper of Larani, he spent his entire life aspiring to become a master swordsman. He only ruled the village of Áthulus for a short time before his "death" on an adventure.
In truth, Taebirn had discovered a portal in the barbarian woods that the Tulwyn were afraid of but he explored it. Taebirn was lost to his family after being captured by a band of demons which his brother Sadrin the Lesser had the unfortunate job of explaining to his brothers. From that point forward Taebirn fought through the Hells where eventually made his way, by ripping and tearing, to a member of the Night Sentinels. After studying with the knights for a time, Taebirn chose to find his way back home through Hell to his home only to find Arion nearby the portal fighting a horde of soulless men.
