Life, Crime
Rain fall began that continued for seven days and seven nights. It caused the water levels in Freedom City to rise and flood over the retaining wall into Riverside. Cliona Ironwood gets an apartment after her and the deceased Dan's lease runs out. She then moves into the Wintergreen.
The next day, seeing an opportunity to obtain revenge, better his city, and finally find a suitable challenger, The Answer begins to enact a plan he masterminded sometime after he was removed from what he calls a "conspiracy type organization that rules over us all" as a problem solver. The Answer plants bombs on the retaining wall in Riverside and then in several locations throughout the city's new subways. The following day he plants bombs under the bridges leading out of the city and along the roadways. Later that same day, the body of Lt. Dan Bradley is exhumed by members of a secret government organization and he is brought back to life, though without memories and given a job in the F.B.I. as a field agent.
