Fated heroes do battle with a Hooded Terror and realize that there is a bond between them.

GM's Notes:
-Caroline Frazier visits the home of Lucius Abbott in Lantern Hill. Her intentions were to show Abbott her newly tailored uniform.
-The Hooded Terror, on the hunt for the Ghost, bumps into Detective Dan Bradley. Whilst in a shootout just outside of the Detective's apartment building, his young ward, 14 year old Cliona Ironwood, rushed to his aid. She managed to defend Dan but the Hooded Terror parried her sword away and made his escape. Without hesitation, and still emboldened with the idea of being a champion, she followed after the Hooded Terror.
-Running into Lantern Hill, Norcastle would inform Frazier of a nearby crime thanks to their in car radio.
-Arriving on scene as Cliona dueled the Hooded Terror, Caroline fired a tear gas grenade which sent Hooded Terror and Cliona fleeing. Choosing the woman over the man, Caroline rushed to the aid of Cliona and hurried her away.
-Hooded Terror is followed by the Ghost as he arrived late and followed Cliona and Caroline.
-Ghost is caught as Hooded Terror slips onto a subway headed into the heart of Lincoln. Waiting, the Hooded Terror confronts Ghost near the college and in view of a dinner where Chris Danger was eating.
-Arriving to save the day, Chris Danger and Ghost battle Hooded Terror. Losing badly, the Hooded Terror nearly kills Chris but Ghost kept him alive. Still wanting to help, Ghost escorts Chris to the home of the woman he'd figured out.
-Cliona and Caroline escape to Caroline's mansion but soon find a knock on the door and two people on the door step.
-Ghost, Caroline Frazier, Cliona Ironwood, and Chris Danger meet and together realize they'd make a hell of a team influencing the city for their own, well intending interests. They agree to meet again on the 31st.
-Dan Bradley is later promoted for his involvement in the situation with the Hooded Terror. He gains the rank of Lieutenant.
