The Greater Envoy Of Residential and Urban Development or GERUD for short, is a department in The Constitutional Monarchy of X-Planet responsible for the safe planning and development of various towns and cities as well as public projects including public transport or public buildings. Personnel in this department typically work with The BEA and The BTB to ensure viability of various projects to be taken on. While many projects will be done in house, others will typically be outsourced to various prolific construction companies and architectural families.
