History
The harbor started out as a small village, run by a few sailors and fishermen. After Biyrbrutom's successful expansion into Pyusuru, they chose the village as their place to build a harbor. They named their new dock Naotüna Oruba. Many merchant and seafaring dinu from Biyrbrutom settled in the harbor, and it gradually became a new hub for merchants in Solakam. When the trade routes from Solakam to Miyrasa became more established, Naotüna also became a must-stop place for merchents from the southern continent.
When the Biyrbey Wars ended, Tilrenbey passed laws trying to control the harbor more directly, by taxing merchants and controlling the flow of ships, but the residents of Naotüna did not take kindly to the new restrictions, especially since under Biybrutom's rule they had been given much more freedom. The new laws led to riots within the harbor, and Tilrenbey abolished the laws. The residents continued to riot, and eventually all Beyyin troops were removed from the harbor. While Tilrenbey still considers Naotüna its territory, the residents make it clear that they do not think the same way.
