Iridescent Forest

Dense with magic and mystery

Iridescent forests are found all over the continent of Disiden, mostly between the capitals of Klaea and The Kingdom of Monsters. The trees in these forests have leaves of bright, almost unnatural colors year-round. These colors include: Magenta, Yellow, Cyan, Orange, Purple, and Teal. The trees in Iridescent forests bear magic in their very structure, in the sap that flows through them like lifeblood. This magic is drawn up through the roots, from the magic-infused ground that allows these trees to be so strange in the first place. They are beautiful places, immune to the seasons. Snow falls down upon them and the trees do not lose their leaves, and the sun beats down and the branches do not wilt. Many plants found in Iridescent forests are staples of human magic.
