Item Details/Special Rules: Requires bandana or hat phys rep.

Basic Mechanics: Once per 12s, if a Target within five feet of you that is of the same Crew that you are a part of were to take damage from an Environment effect while within water, you may spend 5 Mind to point to the Target and call “Interfere, Resist Damage” to prevent the damage to the Target. If you were to take damage from the same source, you still take the damage as normal, this only prevents the damage on the Target.

Achievement Mechanics: Bluejacket - While in Bleed Out you may spend 10 seconds of Active Role-Play and Full Engagement and then Expend 1 Hooch and spend 1 Resolve. Your Bleed Out Timer is reduced by 1 Minute and you may take up to ten Steps (for a maximum of 10 seconds) with the Stealth gesture up. If you are the single Target of any effect or damage while taking the Steps this effect ends immediately. At the end of the Steps the Stealth gesture ends.
