St. Joan Beach

St. Joan Beach is both the name of the long strip of beach on the northern edge of peninsula of Cape St. Joan, Oregon, and also the name of the city distrct in which it is contained. It has drawn the famous and rich into the neighbourhood and has since become associated with wealth and decadence. While it is often mocked by residents of other districts, it is also the safety disctrict in the town.
