The UK is the first country to introduce laws concerning superhumans.
The UK government under Margaret Thatcher is the first country to introduce laws regarding superhuman activities. Over the following years many countries follow suit, with laws ranging from trying to address the problem to outright pushing superhumans to the brink of society and into illegality.
Disequilibria and the Disverse are an original work by KuroMaboroshi.
It contains multiple references to other superhero fiction and media, as well as their creators, that are intended as homages and respectful nods, as are common in the genre.
