Many countries begin phasing out their police forces in favour of more specialised units to deal with superhumans.
Several countries around the world reduce the number of police forces within their borders significantly in favour of more financial support for their sanctioned heroes, as well as the creation of the so called AS-SWAT teams, non-superpowered units trained to deal with superhuman threats.
Disequilibria and the Disverse are an original work by KuroMaboroshi.
It contains multiple references to other superhero fiction and media, as well as their creators, that are intended as homages and respectful nods, as are common in the genre.
