General Physical Condition
A tall, black half-elf with short, unkempt black hair and a well-trimmed beard. Anduín's muscular physique is masked by his official captain's garments—an auburn cape embroidered with the crest of the Goven city watch, dark green tunic over chain mail armor and a matching pair of dark green slacks with metal greaves. He keeps a sheathed longsword at his hip.

Anduín began his career as a foot soldier for Goven's city watch. He worked his way up through the ranks to become the youngest captain of the guard in the city's history.

Motivation
Anduín began his military career with an earnest desire to protect and serve his home city, but has been jaded by years spent dealing with the beaurocracy of the Merchant's Guild and their unwillingness to provide either adequate funding for their city watch or a proper welfare system for the citizens living outside of the city walls in order to curb criminal activity. At the moment, he seeks to simply maintain the status quo, protect the city, and not let conditions worsen due to the indifference of the ruling council.
Virtues & Personality perks
Anduín is willing to look the other way for petty offenses, so long as it wouldn't put him in the crosshairs of those in power. His honest belief is that if he were to be ousted, someone worse would be installed (a not wholly unwarranted concern given the Goven city council's attitude toward governance).
