Arnie "Whizbang" Chemison
Arnie Chemison is an alchemist and dye manufacturer residing in New Goven. While his official business is providing color dyes for the various clothing shops around the city, he is secretly inventing dyes infused with magical properties that can be applied to clothing to enhance them.
Arnie is a paranoid conspiracy theorist who believes the ruling class of the Quorel'hrim Kingdom has been replaced by evil creatures from other planes and as such refuses to register his research with the Emerald Collegium or become a member of the Goven Merchants' Guild. The Merchants' Guild allows him to operate outside of their purview because the quality of his dyes is unmatched by anyone else in the city.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Standing just over 3 feet tall and weighing a mere 43 pounds, Arnie is about as average a halfling as one could find. The top of his head is completely bare while bushy blonde hair rounds the sides of his head. His facial hair has been shaved into thick mutton chops that rest under a very bulbous nose. He is usually dressed in a plain shirt and rugged leather slacks, both stained with various colors of dye, underneath a leather smock that almost reaches the floor.
