Thaddeus Plyne
Thaddeus Plyne is a powerful gnome wizard. The city of New Goven was unknowingly built around his tower, which he had shrouded with an enchantment that makes anyone viewing it immediately forget it exists when they stop looking at it. Thaddeus is a renegade wizard who went into hiding following the formation of the Emerald Collegium, opting to continue his studies in secret rather than join the other renegade wizards opposing the Quorel'hrim Kingdom in the Arcane Rebellion.
