PERSONAL HISTORY

Ambrose Kroop grew up in a bustling port city, the son of a fisherman and a tavern keeper. From an early age, he was immersed in the salty atmosphere of the docks and the colorful characters who frequented his mother's tavern. It was there that he learned to cook, combining the fresh catch of the day with the exotic spices and ingredients brought in by sailors from distant lands.
As he grew older, Ambrose, who had taken on the nickname "Fishguts" due to his skill at gutting and cleaning fish, began to feel the call of the sea. He signed on as a cook aboard a merchant ship, setting off on a life of adventure and, unfortunately, developing a taste for the strong drink that was a sailor's constant companion.
Over the years, Fishguts sailed on many ships and visited countless ports, honing his skills as a cook and bartender, and accumulating a vast library of stories and legends. Unfortunately, his love for alcohol grew into a full-blown addiction, eventually costing him his position on more than one vessel.
Down on his luck and desperate for work, Fishguts found himself aboard the Wormwood, a ship with a crew who didn't seem to mind his drunken antics as long as he kept their bellies full. With a new lease on life and a captive audience for his tales, Fishguts has become a fixture of the Wormwood, his soused state a constant source of amusement and occasional frustration for his shipmates.

CURRENT ROLE

Ambrose "Fishguts" Kroop is the Wormwood's former cook, responsible for keeping the crew fed and their spirits high. Though his culinary creations are often a bit too "experimental" for some tastes, his entertaining stories and endless supply of grog keep the crew in good spirits.
Currently her serves as the cook aboard The Man's Promise.

RELATIONSHIPS
