Mr. Plugg

Captain of The Man's Promise  and former first mate of the Wormwood , Mr. Plugg is a ruthless, sadistic, and ambitious man who rules the ship with an iron fist. His word is law on deck, and his fierce devotion to Barnabus Harrigan  has propelled him up the ranks at a rapid pace. Plugg's anger simmers constantly, and he is quick to punish any crew member who steps out of line.

PERSONAL HISTORY

Growing up on the dangerous dockside streets of the Lhazaar Principalities, Mr. Plugg had a hard and desperate childhood that left him with deep emotional scars. Now at the age of 21, he seeks revenge on the world that dealt him such a cruel hand. He joined the crew of the Wormwood with the sole intention of becoming a captain himself and has used every dirty trick in the book to rise through the ranks. His ambition is matched only by his cruelty and vindictiveness, and he has no qualms about punishing those who defy him.

CURRENT ROLE

As the captain of The Man's Promise, Mr. Plugg is the ultimate authority on the ship. He is responsible for maintaining discipline and ensuring that the crew follows his orders. Despite his impressive rise in power, he struggles to gain the respect and loyalty of his crew, who view him as a tyrant rather than a true leader.

RELATIONSHIPS

Mr. Plugg is feared and despised by most of the crew, who view him as a cruel and vindictive bully. However, his connection to Captain Harrigan ensures that he remains untouchable, and anyone who crosses him does so at their own peril. Plugg's closest ally is Master Scourge, who serves as his right-hand man and enforcer, helping to maintain discipline on the ship.
