Structure

The Concordance all typically falls under an oligarchy in which groups of Clans act as the dominant forces creating the laws of the land. Each clan is typically made up of Dwarves that aren't necessarily from a single family as anyone of any race can join a clan through Merit alone. Clans usually have one proposed Leader which is labeled as either: The Patriarch, The Matriarch, or The Tarriarch. Everyone else is part of the clan Holds the Title of Young Blood or Old Blood.
