To meet the Guard

Corrin, Yellen and Striga have their first encounter with the Iustus. They come across a house in the woods belonging to an elderly couple and their grandson, Tyka. The house had been ransacked by the Iustus crusader known as the "Halfling Slayer". Even though the Iustus hate all non humans, he specifically despised halflings. The party killed him and acquired his sword. During this, Striga took a liking to Brutus and Yellen.  After a days travel, the party happened across an Elven woman fighting back a horde of Iustus. This woman was Elenwyn. The group helped fight the men back and travelled back to the cave. The base of operations for the remnants of Kelemvors Guard. Here, they meet many people who have large emotional effects on their life. Notably Mendar- The half-orc warrior. Very close with Elenwyn and Lirizal. He was the muscle of the organisation and cared very greatly for those in his new family. Thatcher- The villainous necromancer. Although the organisation hates necromancy, they were fooled by the wizard into thinking they needed him in order to fight back other necromancers. He was using the group in order to find what rebel forces planned against the Iustus. Madam Steel- The current leader of the Kelemvors Guard. She is a stern, confident and powerful woman. She sees the organisation as her family.
