Adolf Faust

Ascended to the Baronship of Bellevue in the late 2000’s through a bloody purge of his rivals. He likes to keep the population of Licks low as to not draw the attention of the SI.
Faust owns and operates the NW Business Capitol Group (NWBCG), a conglomorate owning and financing multiple small businesses.
His rival is Master Samuel, a Tzimisce landlord who likes to stay in the shadows. Adolf believes that Samuel maintains multiple Havens and he has been unsuccessful in locking down his where abouts. Each time he has a place and time, it turns out his information was wrong.

Appears in early 30s, light skin, light brown hair. Impeccably dressed in custom suits.
