Helpless Banana Man

General Summary

In tonight's session we met some new friends: Bell (second in command of the Crows), Cleavon Lacruse (Owner of the Half Moon in Silver Market), and Vivian LaFave (Opera Singer). Templeton was reminded of his new lawyer rival Mr. Pritchard, who knows how to eat a banana (important).
The Score "Helpless Banana Man". Lacruse came to T&T&A to request help in solving a problem he was having with local mob boss Clermont, who owns gambling halls and uses legal and illegal means to gain money and influence. He also brought bananas, which T&A eat starting in the middle. Clermont has written correspondence between Lacruse and a variety of lovers, which if his wife's family found out about he would be on the next ship to the Islands. The crew finds out that Clermont's main office is in a gambling hall called the Silver Penny. Aldric does some recon, losses a coin, and punches a guy in the throat to learn where the boss's office is. Templeton plays nice with the doorman and bartender to get a seat at the executive table and learns the guard like Skovlan whiskey.
Later that night the Gents return, Aldric gets most of the guard drunk while Templeton spreads rumors among the crowd. Templeton eventually makes it to the executive table and wins (using trick cards) a few rounds attracting the attention of Clermont. He is successful in getting Clermont to play a round of cards, losses, calls Clermont a cheating son of a whore and gets punched in the face. Hearing the commotion (and the growing stir in the crowd of all the rumors) Aldric makes his way to the boss's office. Seeing that Aldric is about to be discovered, Templeton makes one last attempt to be the center of attention and traumas out. Aldric crowbars into the office, causing a lot of noise while doing so. He discovers a safe in the wall, and is able to remove it out a window before the guards make it in. Aldric gets shot in the leg, but is able to keep fighting and take down two guards. The find guard almost takes him down, but Aldric jumps out the window into the street. He tries to run but the impact of the fall and the hurt leg make him pass out. Luckily, the safe is saved by Harker, Templeton's shady friend. Aldric is arrested. We then spent 45 minutes doing XP and discussing the history of the banana. Also we need to make more Doskvol beverages. And the crew advanced.
