Tempest, Primeval of Air

Perhaps unsurprisingly Tempest has the least concrete form of any of the Primevals, most often traveling through the skies completely wreathed in clouds. But when it chooses to emerge its form can vary between avian, draconic, and serpentine. But it always has a massive head, wings, cloud-like feathers, and a long tail. Tempest’s rivalry with Behemoth could almost be seen as an act of boredom more than violence. Fear of violent storms and a desire to fly lead men to pray to Tempest for blessings and mercy. Magic flows freely from the Primevals, but it is unclear if this is them answering prayers or just a byproduct of their very existence.
