The Advocate's Folley
This letter has been archived at Fiznab's Hall in a collection of journals and letters donated by a previous Health Magistrate.
The margins, apparently by the magistrates own hand, contain notations supporting or disputing the writer's claims.
The final notation at the bottom of the letter is a note that leads the reader to believe that the magistrate did not consider the request written seriously, but that this is likely only the beginning of such proliferation of a minority view.
Document Structure
Clauses

Caveats
It is unknown what, if any actions were undertaken by the magistrate beyond the notations made.
