Blood Rage
There is a pain preventative medicine that Orcs take before going into battle; which has the side effect of throwing the Orcs into a blind rage. They will kill any enemies around them, but are able to retain enough awareness to not attack their allies. The effects last for several hours and have the additional side effect of extreme exhaustion after the initial effects wear off. While under the effects of Blood Rage, the user does not feel pain, allowing them to hit harder and to take even mortal wounds without slowing down.
Blood Rage comes in the form of a series of red and green leaves, that when ingested and smoked, have a near instantaneous effect upon the user; which has been disastrous for those that thought a sneak attack upon an Orc encampment would give them the advantage in a fight.
