RP Rewards

 

Roleplaying Rewards

  The purpose of the RP, and Benchmark Rewards, are to provide fun, personalized rewards, MUD-wide incentives for Roleplaying, and Roleplay-specific rewards for invested players.   Below lies a list of Rewards which will be available for purchase. Some of these rewards are useful for in-game, and others are narrative rewards. Contact or send a personal gnote to the adminstrators in order to reddeem your points for these rewards.  
Reward RPP Cost
Rename - An Admin will PCRENAME you to a new name. This does not change your identity in roleplay. 10
Halo - An admin will mset you with the 'Halo' Flag 25
RP Senzu Bean - Used to Restore a character's RPEnergy back to full with no consequences. (These should be bought, and used very sparingly, and they cannot be acquired 'mid-fight'). 50
Back From the Dead - This is a free pass granted by the Kais of the Otherworld, or Dabura in HFIL to return to the mortal world (Your character is brought back to life). This is the one reward that you are allowed to purchase and go into the "negative" RPP points, but if you die while your points are negative, you cannot purchase this RPP reward again. 75
Artificial Time Chamber Key - Purchase a key for the artificial time chamber. 75
Train with the Best - You can request this reward in order to spawn a -specific- Supermob from the SMOBLIST. The SMOB is spawned at LEGENDE. 100
Key To Heaven - Purchase a key to heaven 125
Reincarnation - This reward allows you to 'remake' your RP character. It grants them a new name, and you can resubmit your bio. Once you have used this reward, the old character is 'dead' and cannot be used as an NPC, nor can they ever be returned to the setting. Use this reward sparingly. 150
SMOB ITEM - Purchase one SMOB item from the current SMOBlist 175
Race Change - Similar to in-game Dragonballs, you can only purchase this reward once. This reward allows you to change your in-game race. You cannot race-change to Sphinxian, or any other special event race. 200
Sphinxian* - This reward allows you to make a new character, which the Administrators will race-change to Sphinxian. 250
 
The Sphinxian Race will be obtainable outside of RPP points through Saiyan-Invasion Tails. This race will be released to all players at a future point in time.
 

 

Benchmark Rewards

  The Benchmark Reward System is intended to provide characters the chance to leave a lasting mark in Dragonball: Infinity by creating a unique 'mob' to be added to the game's HFIL, Grand Kai's Planet, or LEGENDE areas, and a custom item which they, and the other players of DB:I can obtain.   Benchmark Rewards are broken up into three levels, which are unlocked as the player achieves certain thresholds of collective roleplaying points. You do not have to spend points in order to earn these rewards, but you will need to contact an Admin and provide the necessary information to create them:

Supermobs

  The supermob should be a character, or antagonist from your roleplays. Depending on their role in your stories they will either appear in HFIL (evil / dead), The Grand Kai's Planet (good / dead), or on LEGENDE (alive / neutral). We may create specific zones for these mobs, and also allow the player to write the room description for the room in which their mob can be found.   The Benchmark SMOB will have special flags that makes it drop additional zeni, and give boosted stat trains. They can also be customized at the players discretion to have special programs (conversations) and emote interactions.   Requirements:
  • Keywords: These are the keywords used to target the supermob
  • Short Name: The Supermob's name (I.E. Goku / Vegeta)
  • Long Description: This is the string of text which a player sees when they enter a room, or look at the supermob.
  • Sex: Male / Female / Other
  • Race: This is the race of the Supermob (I.E. Saiyan / Namek)
  • Attacks: If you wish to write custom attacks for the Supermob, you can include them with your personal note, otherwise they will be given a range of abilities from ALIST/SLIST that are appropriate.
 

 

Custom Items

  Custom items will be +15 to all stats except Luck, will possess 'max' armor for their layer, and will provide a 3% bonus to powerlevel gains. Custom scouter items will have an infinite scan range. Custom lights will be permanent. Custom bags will have unlimited capacity. Their drop rate will be 1%, and 10% for the character who created the item. Their powerlevel requirement will be 100 Billion to encourage gaining.   Requirements:
  • Keywords: These are the keywords used to interact with the object (I.E. Wear, Remove)
  • Object Type: Armor / Scouter / Treasure / Container
  • Short Name: An item's short name is what appears when it is in your inventory, or equipped.
  • Long Description: An item's long name is what appears when the item is on the ground. It should include your keywords.
  • Wear Location: This is where the item is worn in equipment.
  • Layer: If the item is a layerable item, it should include which layer it belongs to (1 / 2 / 4 / 8 / 16 / 32 / 64 / 128)
 

 

Signature Items

  This item is a 'Signature' item with similar requirements as the Custom Item for creation except its powerlevel requirement is only 100pl, its stats are +20 all (including Luck), and it is character specific (I.E. Only the player who created the item can wear it). In addition, this item can be layer 256.
